- The Right Outfit: Picking the best legal way to run my business to protect myself (LLC is the way to go!).
- Picking a State: Wyoming seemed perfect – good for business, keeps things private, and easy on the wallet.
- Following the Rules: Making sure my business followed all the laws, which can be tricky.
Making the Dream Real
Finally, the exciting part! Time to take my idea and turn it into something real. Here are some key things I did:
- Creating a Brand: Making a cool brand name and image that people would remember and like.
- Website World: Setting up a website to show off my business – both a personal one (Tousif Akram, that’s me!) and a business website (FormLLC).
