My First Steps

This document is like the birth certificate of your LLC. It tells everyone the name of your business, where it’s located, who’s in charge, and who owns it. I carefully filled out this form for Form LLC, making sure everything was just right. When I sent it to the government, it felt like my business was finally real!

Operating Agreement: The Rulebook

Think of this as the rulebook for your business. It explains who does what, how decisions are made, and how profits are shared. Member Information: Who’s Who

Business Licenses and Permits: The Permission Slips
