I started FormLLC in 2020 after seeing the same problem repeated among global founders: the process of forming a US company was unnecessarily complex, expensive, and opaque — especially for people without a Social Security Number.
As someone based in Patna, Bihar, I understood firsthand how difficult it is to access US financial infrastructure. No US bank. No SSN. Confusing IRS forms. Registered agents charging hidden fees. I built FormLLC to fix that — one transparent, flat-fee process for non-residents.
Getting IRS CAA certification was a turning point. It means I can formally apply for EINs on behalf of non-US applicants without them needing an SSN. That credential is a formal IRS designation that requires an application, documentation, and ongoing compliance.
In August 2024, I incorporated Bizfylr Solutions Pvt Ltd to formalize operations in India and expand the team. Today we serve clients from India, UAE, Nigeria, the UK, Singapore, and 50+ other countries.
